Academic/Professional Qualifications
BSc/MSc/Phd in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Working Experience |
| |
• |
Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing high speed microprocessor-based system and board level electronics development. |
| |
• |
Experience with 4-6 layer board-level design process using Mentor Graphics Tools for schematic capture (ORCAD), PCB layout tools (PADS), simulation tools such as PSPICE circuit simulation tool and signal integrity analysis tools such as Hyperlynx |
| |
• |
Strong experience in hardware designs using DACs, ADCs, op-amps, line drivers, LDO, DC/DC converter and passive components. |
| |
• |
Good knowledge of embedded code development process, tools and concepts |
| |
• |
Familiar with memory components, serial I/O interfaces (SPI, RS232, I2C, LVDS, etc), analog circuit interface, and motor control electronics. |
| |
• |
Familiar with high speed/controlled impedance transmission line design and high speed clock sub-system design, signal processing techniques including data acquisition, sampling theory, A/D and D/A converters, analog and digital filters, servo systems and control, transfer functions, programmable gain control, filter designs, and impedance matching and a fundamental understanding of analog performance characteristics and low-noise analog circuits. |

Hands-on in solving EMI/EMC challenges and must have a strong knowledge of EMC/EMI (FCC standard Part 15, IEC6100, CSPR 22), ESD (IEC6100-4-2), ROHS Compliance and Safety Standard for ITE (IEC60950, UL60950) including understanding of testing methodology and international EMC standards. |
